RETURN POLICY 

We want our customers to love their clothing. Items may be returned within 14 days after the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Customer MUST email milalouiseboutique@gmail.com before sending their item back. Once item is received by Mila Louise Boutique, a refund, minus all shipping costs, will be made to the customer within 3 business days. Mila Louise Boutique has the right to refuse any item once received. If an item is refused, a refund will not be given and the package will be labeled "return to sender". The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY

Mila Louise Boutique is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS store.
